The dazzling days and dramatic skies of July marked a month-full of travel, celebration, and visiting family.

The monsoon rains came to New Mexico in mid-June, bringing some welcome relief as well as butterflies and blooms!

These blustery days of May have called for a gathering of one’s energy— summoning hope for the summer rains, planning for the garden, and prepping to open the studio/shop.

While the wildfires are not presently in this corner of New Mexico, the potential is great— with extreme dryness and powerful wind storms.

It’s true— there are still several days left in March, but I decided to write my monthly re-cap on this sunny spring day, the final Sunday of March.

February was full of flurries, the full Snow Moon, welcoming the longer daylight, and welcoming a new furry friend!
