July started where my June left off— cruising the Inside Passage of Alaska. I put together a short video to try and capture some of the highlights from a spectacular trip to several tiny, storied towns along the southeast arm of the vast state. (I’ll share the video with my email list.) The remainder of the month flew by with a flurry of festivities— a friend’s wedding at the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center in Albuquerque, a trip to Houston to visit family (shown here through photos of the James Turrell Sky Space at Rice University), the art show at the Old School Gallery, as well as tutoring and working on projects around the house and gallery. Here are some photos from this jubilant month of July— mostly flowers and sky— a theme which seems to encapsulate what inspires me and my Star Garden Gallery!
