The first weekend of October was the Fall Festival in El Morro— a gorgeous day, with friends and music drifting into Star Garden Gallery. The following weekend was the fourth quarter show opening at The Old School Gallery, and two of my paintings sold to someone from Grants, NM. It’s always a thrill to see those red dot stickers! And, a friend who moved to Colorado stopped by Star Garden Gallery last month to get a painting for her kitchen— “The Spirit of the Driveway Deer.” I love when the paintings go off into the world. October’s golden leaves have left abruptly with the wind and rain this past week, so I’ve been closing up the greenhouse, the portal plants and patio furniture, as well as bringing things from Star Garden Gallery back to the house so they don’t freeze. The 2027 calendars arrived in time for the upcoming holiday markets, and they are available on lulu. com. And, of course—a few pics of the pups! Have a wonderful November!
