As I reflect on the month of March 2020, it is hard to fathom all that has happened and changed due to the onset of the insidious coronavirus. Beyond the worries of health and well-being come the uncertainties of so many jobs and the economy, along with a loss of the camaraderie and community that schools bring to students and families. Shifting to ‘remote, online learning’, shutting down so many familiar rituals of spring, and wondering what lies ahead at the far end of this curve that we are collectively trying to flatten feels groundless and precarious. Still, spring comes— with welcome color and warmth— an exhale and sense of hope with the new births and blossoms! With many people ‘staying at home,’ I’ve had the chance to catch up with friends and family across the country, and— as another way to catch up and keep in touch, I am ‘un-locking’ the videos and story-posts on my Patreon Page. So— if you have some time on your hands, please take a ‘virtual visit’ to Star Garden Gallery! Stay well and keep in touch! With love, ~Andrea https://www.patreon.com/stargardengallery
